Delivery and Pick Up
We try our hardest to have everything perfectly set up for you upon your arrival. We work with your rental agent to get there before you and do just that.
Sometimes this just cannot be done. Either there is not enough advance notice for the reservation or the rental agent cannot accomodate us with entry. In that case, we coordinate with you the best time to deliver.
The last resort is leaving the items with the rental office. This is not typical and not preferred, unless the rental items are small and portable enough to warrant it.
When possible, we assemble and break down all our furniture items for you. Just make sure all the rental items are visible. We do the cleaning and disassembly.Discrepancies
Rental items are guaranteed to be delivered clean and in proper working order. If a customer is dissatisfied in any way with a rental item we will replace it as soon as possible. We are committed to customer satisfaction!
Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Cancellations prior to 2 weeks of the delivery date only incur a $5 fee to cover transaction fees. If the cancellation is within 2 weeks of rental date, there is a $22 charge.
If the cancellation is due to inclimate weather, a full refund will be issued regardless of date of cancellation.
If there is anything you require that is not on our site, please let us know and we will gladly consider renting it for you.
